The Ta-C film developed by our company can make the domestic cemented carbide cutting tools achieve the effect of polycrystalline knives and exceed the service life and effect of knives. Realizing "import substitution" is our mission. Our Ta-C film has excellent self-lubricating properties and hardness, which can help realize oil-free lubrication of flap adjustments and other parts of the aircraft, reduce sliding wear and tear, extend the service life of the whole component and maintenance cycle, and reduce maintenance costs. Many parts on the airplane, such as compressor blades, are susceptible to corrosive damage and our Ta-C film can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the parts.
