IPS is short for Ion Plating Steel. The color of IPS coating appears to be like the color of steel. IPS is frequently used as the surface layer above the brass or alloy substrates to gain wear-resistance and corrosion resistance effect.
At present, IPS could also be applied on the steel substrate or ceramic substrates in order to strength the hardness of steel and to change the appearance of original steel flexibly.
Functional film products are widely used in CNC cutting tools, aerospace, automotive, moulds and mechanical parts, etc. Decorative film products are widely used in clocks and watches, jewellery, consumer electronics and sports equipment.
